Overturning Roe v. Wade was a wise decision

Decentralization leads to superior competitive knowledge discovery and that is what overturning Roe v. Wade is doing regarding abortion. All human action ultimately comes down to information and we want to discover the best information with which to act. Roe v. Wade relates to much vital and controversial information like defining when does life and its legal protections begin and the rights of women to rid their bodies of something they don’t want to have. If you are pro-choice, what if some day we realize that certain abortion techniques cause horrific pain to the child being aborted if the abortion happens past a certain point? The bottom line is that there are countless complex issues whose ideal solutions vary due to numerous circumstances and from person to person and require the discovery of much information. This being the case, instead of a single coercive-competition-immune-monopoly-decision at the National level it is better to have 50 states trying out different approaches, ideas, and learning from each other no differently than how companies in the private sector innovate and thanks to competition and the freedom of customers to choose the best, have to learn the best ideas or approaches from each other. To libertarians and free-marketeers the overturning of Roe v. Wade provides a great opportunity to educate fellow Americans regarding the benefits of freedom, decentralization, and emergent ‘competitive knowledge discovery’.
